David was a head of management development programmes with British Telecom International before he moved into consultancy in 1991. David has a strong focus on robust process and measured outcomes, bringing discipline and sustainability to engagement activity. David is currently working with SGHambros, RWE and the Charities Aid Foundation.

Steve was the first Head of Strategic Marketing at Sainsburys, and brings a wealth of experience in customer loyalty, the prepaid market and B2B sales management, combining these externally focused projects with his role as business facilitator and mentor. Steve is regularly invited to lead corporate events where an engaging, listening style is combined with sharp observation that helps both presenter and audience to optimise their outputs. Steve works with RWE, Hambros and News International, and leads the prepaid/loyalty projects for Norton Group.

David has extensive experience as a communications and training consultant across several sectors including telecoms, utilities, and retail. Prior to joining The Norton Group, David was Training Manager at Ottakar’s plc. Working currently with Vodafone’s multinational enterprise organisation, David is responsible for Marketing Communications projects to support global sales development. David also has extensive UK and international experience on managing communications through organisational change, for clients including RWE and Cambridge University.

Gill Shutts, the friendly face of Norton Group’s administrative services, has been working with the company since returning to work after maternity leave. In her pre-maternal days she fulfilled various secretarial/PA roles within the Sainsbury Group, concluding as secretary to the Deputy Chairman.
